Court could reimpose Boston Marathon plane's capital punishment

 

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court said Monday it will consider restoring capital punishment for Boston Marathon aircraft Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, giving President Joe Biden an early trial of his resistance to the death penalty.
